Minggu ni dan minggu lepas merupakan minggu yang teruk bagi saya.. Saya stress anak anak kurang sihat, saya stress peel manusia2 sekitar yang banyak songeh, saya stress dengan macam macam benda kerja.. Dan reward untuk stress itu KG adalah mencanak canak naik.. Pagi tadi sy timbang dan sy hampir hampir bagi flying kick kat penimbang... Cahayaa... tolong saya.. timbangan pagi tadi 59.9kg
